International Financial Data Services (IFDS), a leading global provider of technology and outsource services to the financial services industry, recently announced the appointment of Katherine MacMillan as President and CEO of IFDS Canada. She will be based in Toronto.
Ms. MacMillan takes over for Debralee Goldberg, who was recently named President of DST's U.S. Investment Recordkeeping organization.

Prior to IFDS, Katherine spent over 15 years at Manulife Financial, where she held various leadership roles. In her last role at Manulife, Katherine served as Executive Vice President & General Manager, leading teams across Canada, the United States, the Philippines and India with full accountability for strategy and continued growth of the John Hancock Retirement Plan Services business. Katherine was also honored as one of Canada’s top leaders in the “Top 40 under 40” program, a national program that uniquely celebrates the achievements of 40 Canadians in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
