“As COO it is incumbent upon me to provide transparency to every level of the organization. To achieve Numerix’s goals, both tactically and strategically I’ve successfully implemented effective ways to measure performance across departments, and manage detailed financial metrics across all of our corporate entities,” said Dawn Patrick, Chief Operating Officer of Numerix. “As COO, it’s my intent to operate Numerix as a lean, efficient operation that delivers quality product and services, and it is my job to see that the support of this goal is accomplished in the most cost effective fashion. It’s a great honor to be recognized for my accomplishments, and privilege to accept this award.”
“Marketing as an industry has been under an evolution, and many components that have been widely accepted in retail are becoming pervasive in B2B. Leaders in my field must act as agents for change within their organizations – continuously challenging the status quo by raising thought provoking concepts,” said James Jockle, Chief Marketing Officer. “In bringing to life a data driven Marketing department, I’ve far exceeded my personal expectations of how my team could positively impact the overall business. This has resulted in marketing cost cutting while increasing business leads. I’m thrilled to accept this award honoring not only my leadership, but value as a progressive, strategic thinking Executive capable of instilling change.”
Steve R. O’Hanlon, Chief Executive of Numerix comments: “As each year passes Dawn continues to attack significant issues with calm and focus. She is able to think outside of the box and bring forth new ways to think about a problem. While Dawn is the hardest worker I know, her intellect enables her to do more than the average employee. As the cornerstone of our corporate brand, public affairs and product positioning Jim has adopted to new ways and philosophies to approach Marketing & Communications. This shift has completely transformed Jim’s department into a contributor to the overall revenue growth of the organization – shifting perceptions of what success could be today, and into the future for Numerix. I am incredibly proud of both Dawn and Jim on this well-deserved recognition.”
