Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) today announced that it has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State. This marks the seventh consecutive year that Broadridge received this distinction and it is one of only four companies that have been recognized each year since the program’s inception.
The annual statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors New York’s best places of employment based on employee satisfaction, as well as workplace practices and policies.

This year Broadridge also received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) 2014 for the second consecutive year. The CEI is the premiere national benchmark on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees.

Employers from across the state entered the two-part process, including an evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and also an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group used the combined evaluation and survey scores, and their expertise, to determine the final rankings.
