Eric Lippert (IT Director at Lombard International Assurance S.A.) has been awarded 'CIO of the Year 2013' by CIONET Luxembourg. Eric was acknowledged for his considerable contribution to the implementation of XENTIS as a central system platform thereby ensuring service excellence for partners and clients.
The joint implementation of XENTIS by Lombard International Assurance S.A. and Profidata took place as part of a comprehensive transformation project within the envisioned 12-month period and without exceeding the budget. Since then, application of XENTIS has resulted in both the replacement of 13 other applications and reduction of the number of interfaces from 239 to 94. Lombard International Assurance S.A. has also succeeded in increasing the level of automation for transaction processing of 17 000 funds managed in XENTIS through a complete SWIFT straight-through processing by more than 80%. The fully flexible structures of XENTIS also fulfil Lombard’s strict requirements for service-oriented architecture.
