New CMO to drive awareness and adoption of Tagetik 5 as the Financial Performance PlatformTM for progressive CFOs
Tagetik, a visionary provider of global performance management software solutions, recently appointed Dave Kasabian to the role of chief marketing officer, a new position on the company’s senior executive team.
Kasabian joined Tagetik in 2011 as vice president of global product marketing before becoming the company’s senior vice president of product marketing and strategy. For the last year, Kasabian has also served as acting general manager of Tagetik North America, leading the division to record results.

Introduced in September, Tagetik 5 is designed specifically to meet the highly complex needs of the office of finance. The latest release combines Tagetik’s unmatched financial intelligence with an easily customizable HTML5-based user experience and the administrative simplicity of software-as-a-service. Tagetik AnywhereTM gives users access from any mobile device and built-in in-memory technology further accelerates the processing of large volumes of data, according to Kasabian.

In his new role, Kasabian will be responsible for developing positioning and awareness in new geographic and vertical markets, identifying new product opportunities, and directing the global marketing strategy.
Kasabian has more than 20 years of experience in the business intelligence, business analytics and performance management software markets including management, marketing, and strategic roles at several leading software vendors and analyst firms in the performance management software market including AMR Research (now Gartner), Cartesis (now SAP) and Hyperion Solutions (now Oracle).
