Olmstead Associates Expands its Sales Capabilities

Boston, MA - 2 May 2013

Olmstead Associates, a leading business and systems consulting and professional development firm to the securities industry, is pleased Mary Bishop has joined as VP - Sales to strengthen its business development effort to support future growth.

Mary has over 25 years in hands on sales and business development. Within those 25 years, over 15 years in a senior management sales role. In the last 15 years she has specialized specifically in the financial services industry, holding positions in consulting and software firms. Mary has successfully built and managed sales and sales teams while establishing and maintaining client relationships with multibillion dollar financial institutions to smaller 2 person hedge funds. Including but not limited to, Bank of America, State Street, Pioneer, GMO, Brown Brothers Harriman and many other institutional asset managers. Mary came to Olmstead Associates from TandemSeven where she was responsible for client and business development in the Boston and New York areas. Prior to TandemSeven, Mary was with Varden Technologies for 12 years. She was instrumental in helping build and develop a very successful consulting and software firm from the ground up, selling specifically into financial institutions and software companies. Before Varden Technologies Mary was involved in the sales of software and hardware to fortune 500 companies.
