Innova Learning announced today that it has partnered with Reg-Room, LLC to offer Reg-Track. Under the partnership, Innova will bring to market the online regulatory database that tracks the daily regulatory developments from more than 100 financial services regulators worldwide.
Reg-Track, on online database with a user friendly interface, provides daily developments to a variety of firms and regulators in both the US and internationally. The online database enables the easy tracking of regulatory developments such as proposed and final rule filings, notices, guidance and enforcements. Within each development, there is:
• a proprietary bulleted list summarizing the issued development
• links to the primary sources located at the regulator’s website
• ability to export data to user systems, or into Excel and word format
The database also allows for filtering on more than 20 attributes including date, country, regulator, rule-type, industry segment, function and product. Users can effortlessly stay current and informed on all regulatory developments through customized email alerts.
According to Mike Densen, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Innova, “Our customers require on-going monitoring of compliance and regulatory developments. After a survey of other similar offerings, we determined that Reg-Track offers the best value proposition in the market.” Reg -Track complements the learning that Innova develops for large financial institutions; through Reg-Track those customers can maintain not only their understanding of their regulatory obligations but also the updating of those changes in their elearning courses as well.
“We are proud of Reg-Track and our partnership with Innova which will increase market exposure and our ability to get a great tool in the hands of so many compliance professionals,” said Nick Paraskeva, Principal of Reg-Room. The continuing barrage of changing regulations impedes the ability of compliance officers and managers with regulatory responsibility to be current at any given time. This is compounded by the number of regulators that need to be monitored. Reg-Track is the simple solution to that increasing regulatory problem.
