Distinguished Outgoing Leader Tim Donnelly to Retire After 35 Years of Service
PwC US announced today that Raymond 'Ray' Wilson has been named the Managing Partner of the firm's Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, overseeing the professional service firm's greater Wisconsin assurance, tax and advisory operations. Wilson will succeed Tim Donnelly, who will retire on June 30, 2013 after 35 years of service to PwC.
"Ray is a proven leader and brings more than 29 years of experience to our clients in the region, including leading large, multinational engagements with some of the region's most prominent companies," said Jim Kolar, Managing Partner of PwC's Greater Chicago Market. "Ray's extensive client and community leadership experiences will serve him well in assuming this important role for our market and the firm."
As an assurance partner for the past 15 years, Wilson's client service experience includes leading complex engagements and helping clients in various industries confront challenging business issues. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising transactions.
He is an active member of the local community, serving on the boards of the Milwaukee Zoological Society and the University Of Wisconsin Accounting Advisory and Diversity boards. Additionally, he is actively involved in PwC's recruiting efforts in the region.
Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois CPA societies as well as the American Institute of CPAs. Wilson earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.
