Effective Travel Card policy and audit practices are two initiatives that can be elusive for professionals managing T&E Card programs.
The NAPCP announces a complimentary webinar, “Creating a T&E Policy That Works,” with guest presenter Marie Cohen, Procurement Specialist, USI Insurance Services. Among other topics, Marie will present how USI evaluates and sets T&E policy, maximizes compliance, improves traveler satisfaction and ensures cross-departmental accountability. During the webinar registration period, the NAPCP is also making available its TransAct! newsletter edition that covers “Top 10 Travel Audit Tips.”
According to Adriana Pulkrabek, NAPCP manager of content services and facilitator of the NAPCP’s Travel User Group, “A top concern for Travel Card program managers is setting and communicating policy that’s clear and consistent. But first, it’s critical that program managers understand their organization’s objectives as well as the employee experience. Both perspectives drive the way policy is developed and delivered. Marie’s presentation covers roles and responsibilities, reimbursable expenses, managing exceptions and much more.”
Cohen’s webinar is a reprisal of her NAPCP Annual Conference breakout session (April 2013). According to Pulkrabek, “Marie consistently received very positive reviews. Attendees mentioned that her presentation was well prepared with a lot of detail, applicable to public and private sector organizations, and a comprehensive overview of travel program policy. The NAPCP is delighted to bring this content to the Commercial Card industry at no charge.”
Individuals are required to become a complimentary subscriber of the NAPCP first, then sign in to download the TransAct! newsletter and register for the complimentary webinar.
This is a live event onlyâa recording of the event will not be available. However, registrants will receive a handout summarizing key travel policy considerations.
