Eze Software Group, a premier provider of global investment technology, today announced that it has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts for the seventh consecutive year in the Boston Business Journal's eleventh annual regional awards program. This honor recognizes companies that create a positive work environment for employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions, and company culture.
Eze Software was one of over 400 companies that qualified for consideration based on a two-stage nomination process. The companies were evaluated on the results of more than 18,000 employee-satisfaction surveys measuring factors such as employee pride in the company, company encouragement, support, recognition of achievement and relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
"At Eze Software Group we promote an atmosphere of communication, innovation, and involvement, and recognize that the hard work and spirit of our employees are at the core of our company's success," said Tom Gavin, chief executive officer of Eze Software Group. "Making the BBJ's Best Places to Work list for seven straight years is a testament to our talented team and the unique culture we endeavor to maintain. We are excited to receive this recognition, and proud to have one of the best teams in the business."
"This award is so meaningful because it is a direct result of employee feedback and recognizes Eze Software for its greatest strengths - our talented people and the special culture they've created," said Kate Taunton-Rigby, recruiting manager at Eze Software Group. "Our employees thrive in a high-energy environment that fosters collaborative teamwork and celebrates achievement. As a seven-time winner of this award, we are proud to be a part of an elite class of organizations who have been able to maintain this recognition year after year."
Eze Software Group was among 80 companies to receive this recognition. The top 25 companies in each of three size categories and the top 5 in a PR/Communications category were awarded at a cocktail reception last night at the iconic CitiCenter/Wang Theatre.
