Mellon Group of Companies announced today its nomination for the 7th consecutive year at the annual Contact Center World Awards – Best of the Best in EMEA. The companies of the Group that participated this year were BlueSphere (Greece), Mellon Poland (Poland), and Mellon Solutions (FYROM).
Mellon Solutions won first place under the Best Community Spirit awards category that promotes best practices of corporate social and environmental responsibility within the call center. For the Best Outsourcing Partnership category, Mellon Poland together with mBank, the largest virtual bank in Poland, illustrated the key parameters of a successful partnership, winning the second place. Finally, BlueSphere won the bronze award of the Best Outbound Campaign category, highlighting how the call center can help in the successful implementation of a change management strategy.

The Contact Center World Best Practices Awards, now in their 8th year, are open to participation by companies and people who have performed with excellence. This year’s events attracted entries from over 1,500 companies from around the world. For the EMEA region the awards ceremony took place on Friday 5 July in Vienna.
The awards were presented on a special gala which took place in London, UK on June 29.
