London - 30 July 2013

Chartered accountancy practice adopts Twinfield to enhance its financial outsourcing service to deliver a better and more trusted service to its clients

Menzies LLP, one of the leading providers of accountancy and advisory services to businesses in the UK and internationally, has partnered with Twinfield, Wolters Kluwer’s online accounting business to enhance its financial outsourcing service: E-finity.

Menzies LLP chose to partner with Twinfield UK in order to keep ahead of the global market and to offer its clients a more efficient, flexible and advanced service.

Tim Dunn, Partner at Menzies LLP commented: “We took the decision around a year ago to enhance our existing outsourcing offering as we saw a real opportunity with that side of the business due to technological advances in the market. We wanted to be able to continue to offer our clients an excellent service, whilst growing our business in the UK and internationally, where there is a huge demand currently.

“Twinfield was the logical choice for us as we use a number of other CCH (part of the Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting division) products. We have been really pleased with the support received from Twinfield to date. Since partnering with Twinfield we have also been able to offer a broader service to existing clients of Menzies as well as being able to take on new clients looking to manage accounts and data both online and collaboratively.”

He continues, “We’ve had a really good response so far from clients and colleagues alike regarding the functionality of the new online system, people can really see the benefits.”

Menzies’ E-finity outsourcing solution offers clients improved access to management information, more efficient processes, cost savings and reduced business risk. It allows clients to focus on doing what they do best and increasing organisational performance.

Barbara Kroll, managing director at Twinfield UK said: “Increasingly, accounting practices are seeing that real time, online collaboration with their clients gives them the opportunity to add commercial value to the relationship and be seen as a trusted business resource over and above the day-to-day accounting needs. This, combined with time and cost savings through standardising on a single online solution, brings a real win-win for the accounting practice and their customer.”

Twinfield is the market leader in online accounting across Europe with more than 80,000 financial accounts being compiled in more than 22 countries.
