Seasoned Financial Expert’s Post Supports Treasury Tech Innovator
Reval, a leading global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of comprehensive and integrated Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions, announced today that Manu Rana, Managing Director and a Co-Head of Financial Partners at Napier Park Global Capital, has joined its Board of Directors.

Mr. Rana is a Managing Director and a Co-Head of Financial Partners at Napier Park Global Capital, which separated from Citigroup’s alternative investment arm, Citi Capital Advisors (CCA), in February 2013. Napier Park is a global alternative asset management platform with approximately $6.7 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2013, primarily for institutional investors. Mr. Rana joined CCA in 2007 as part of Citigroup’s acquisition of Old Lane, LP, where he was a Managing Director and led the Old Lane’s negotiated investments in financial services businesses. He joined Old Lane from Lazard Alternative Investments, where he was a Managing Director of the firm, responsible for equity and debt investments in financial- and related business, and a Principal of Lazard Technology Partners. Mr. Rana started at Lazard in 1994, initially in its financial institutions investment banking group and, from 2000 on, at Lazard Alternative Investments. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Rana was a member of A.T. Kearney’s financial institutions practice. Mr. Rana received a BA from Columbia University.
