Today, ModeFinServer Private Limited has announced that they have signed up with Equatorial Commercial Bank of Kenya to implement its world class mobile payments platform. The significant project at hand will provide Mobile Banking and Agency Banking Services for ECB Customers. This will also provide real time Customer Account Origination from Mobile, which in turn will reduce the Customer on boarding time and increase Customer Satisfaction. One of the key features is to service non bank customers at ECB agent locations.
On the occasion, the MFS Chief Leader, Amarnath Chowdary, added: “ECB has a strong strategy for the payment systems on mobile channels.
