The SaaS solution provides Nomura Securities with a flexible customer relationship management tool
Nomura Research Institute (NRI), Ltd., a leading provider of consulting services and system solutions, today announced that Nomura Securities has selected its NRI Advisor Platform, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) wealth management solution designed to assist financial advisors. The NRI Advisor Platform gives the Nomura Securities’ wealth management team the ability to provide tailored customer relationship management (CRM) in a timely manner.
The NRI Advisor Platform enables Nomura Securities’ advisors to access clients’ real-time financial information, such as positions, transactions and contract details, through its flexible, back-office agnostic architecture that also includes a built-in interface with THE STAR, NRI’s back-office solution suite for broker-dealers. In addition, the NRI Advisor Platform provides aggregated individual and family information, which helps Nomura Securities sales representatives make comprehensive and customized financial proposals to their clients. Nomura Securities has gone live with the NRI Advisor Platform in January 2013.
