Successful go-live of New Access’ Global Front Office solution at UBI Banca International in Luxembourg

New Access, a Swiss provider of banking solutions, announced today the successful go live of its Global Front Office solution at UBI Banca International in Luxembourg.

UBI Banca International has acquired the solution to fulfill its requirements for managing client relationships and portfolios. Global Front Office is interfaced with the Midas central system in production at UBI Banca International and is accessible by all departments of the bank: Private Banking, Asset Management, Credit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance, Client Administration, and Middle Office.

Legal, operational, and financial data, as well as all documents related to a client, are now available in a single interface. In particular, the solution manages the account opening process, lead management, MiFID compliance, as well as performance measurement.
