BANK ROSSIYA migrates to in-house processing centre built on TranzWare

18 October 2012

Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking software and electronic payments systems to financial institutions, has announced that Russia-based BANK ROSSIYA has successfully migrated its card base to its in-house processing centre built on TranzWare products from Compass Plus.

The bank previously utilized the services of a third party processing centre. Now, with the successful implementation of their own in-house processing centre, BANK ROSSIYA can offer an improved level of service to its cardholders. The new processing centre also enables the bank to provide more secure customer data storage and higher transaction speeds, even at peak loads.

The project team at ROSSIYA BANK praised the professionalism of the highly skilled specialists from Compass Plus, stating that all issues were quickly resolved, potential errors were avoided and that the entire migration process was seamless for the banks’ customers.
The new technologies will allow the bank to provide customers with a wide range of remote banking services and having an in-house processing centre will enable the bank to substantially extend its bank card product range.
