Upgrade will speed the collections of impaired accounts and ensure more consistent service to customers

CACS is a component of CGI Collections360®, a comprehensive managed service for default management. Release 8.2 of CGI’s collections and recovery solution includes dynamic scripting that will guide collectors through the customer interview process, reducing the training time needed for new collectors and facilitating more consistent customer treatment.
