Milista Anderson has assumed a new position of chief customer officer for SunGard’s Energy and Commodities business, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, Ms. Anderson will be responsible for developing a customer strategy that helps ensure a continuously improving customer experience and actively solicits the voice of the customer for input into product development roadmaps and service improvements. The newly formed position is in line with SunGard’s customer-centric business culture.
Ms. Anderson has been with SunGard’s Energy and Commodities business for 6 years; operating primarily within its service delivery and support teams. She has 30 years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of systems, processes and organizational infrastructures within software development across diverse industries—energy, financial services, manufacturing and education, as well as entrepreneurial business practices in insurance, healthcare and professional services.
Ms. Anderson holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and M.Ed. from University of Houston.
