Palette Delivers E-Invoicing Platform to Australia and Asia-Pacific Region

Palette partners with Converga to launch new hosted e-invoice services that will reduce transaction costs and boost business efficiency for customers

A new business e-invoicing platform is being launched by enterprise purchase-to-pay specialist Palette Group and automation and BPO company, Converga, aimed at companies in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The e-invoicing platform is powered by PaletteConnectivity Services (PCS), part of the PaletteArena accounts payable suite, and will help customers to cut their transaction costs, speed up invoice processing times, and enhance supplier relationships. The service will be available from Converga, Palette’s premier partner in Australia, going live at the start of April.

The platform provides transaction brokering between buyers and suppliers, enabling invoices to be delivered, received and processed electronically as easily as an email. This streamlines accounting processes by cutting out paper documents. PCS enables both suppliers and customers to choose their preferred formats for invoices and enables easy integration with ERP and other business systems.
