SecondFloor, provider of integrated, auditable IT solutions for the financial industry announced today three new C-level officers will join the SecondFloor Executive Team in March. The appointment of these three high-profile positions underlines SecondFloor’s ambitious growth path which has recently resulted in receiving the prestigious Gazelle Award for being one of the Netherlands’ fastest growing companies for the third year running. Joining SecondFloor will be:
- Ronald de Boer – Chief Commercial Officer
- Emmanuel Noblet – Chief Operating Officer
- Jeremy Asprey – Chief Marketing Officer

Ronald de Boer, SecondFloor Chief Commercial Officer – Ronald will be located in Amsterdam. His primary role will be to generate new business through a sales and business development team and to mature partner strategies with key technology and consulting firms. Ronald joins SecondFloor from IBM Global Business Services where he was EMEA Lead of Global Center of Competence Banking and Financial Markets for Risk Management and Compliance. Ronald has 17 years of experience in the financial industry, specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance for the last eight years, whilst working at IDS Scheer (now Software AG), SAP and IBM GBS. Furthermore, Ronald, who is a Dutch national, has worked in the UK and Ireland for JP Morgan and Rabobank respectively. Ronald studied for a Masters in Finance at TIAS Tilburg, The Netherlands and holds a Bachelor degree (HEAO-BE) in Economics from the Business School of Economics, Eindhoven.
Emmanuel Noblet, SecondFloor Chief Operating Officer - Emmanuel has been involved with SecondFloor since 2010, as a client while Deputy Chief Risk Officer at ING Insurance. As COO, Emmanuel will ensure customer satisfaction through high quality solution delivery and customer service. Emmanuel has over seven years experience in the financial services industry. Transferring from the banking sector to insurance, he has considerable knowledge of Credit Portfolio Management, Credit Markets, Liquidity, and Risk Management. Emmanuel is a French national who has spent his career working in Belgium, UK, Germany and The Netherlands. Emmanuel has completed an MSc in Management from EM Lyon in France, an Executive Master in Quantitative Finance from Solvay Business School in Belgium and has just commenced a Global Executive Master in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management (“OneMBA” program) in The Netherlands.
Jeremy Asprey, SecondFloor Chief Marketing Officer – Based in the London office, he will take the lead in developing the marketing strategy for SecondFloor. Prior to joining SecondFloor, Jeremy was the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Algorithmics, an IBM Company, creating go-to-market programs across the organisation and directing integrated campaigns. Previous positions included international marketing, country management, and product management roles with SAP, Software4You and BACS Ltd. A British national, Jeremy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
