BDB Goes Live with Latest Siena Product from Eurobase, Direct Integration with Flexcube

19 March 2012

Banco Do Brasil, one of the leading international banks with more than 24 million customers, has gone live with the newest version of Eurobase Banking’s Siena solution.

Banco Do Brasil (BDB), founded in 1808, is now the leading bank in Brazil with expanded operations in 22 other countries including the United Kingdom and the United States of America. By going live with the updated Siena solution, BDB has ensured that its Front Office treasury management solution makes use of the latest technology built on years of market expertise.

In particular, the strength of Eurobase’s track record in integrating Siena with other core systems was a key factor in BDB’s decision to continue to work with Eurobase. The upgraded Siena Front Office solution has been integrated with the bank’s back office system (Oracle’s FlexCube). Siena has initially been implemented in BDB’s London Office, which went live on the 11th July 2011, and will be rolled out to other branches worldwide in the coming months.
