The Raiffeisen Vermögensverwaltungsbank AG Vienna (RVV) and the Raiffeisen Salzburg Invest Kapitalanlage GmbH (RSI) started operating with e-AMIS at the beginning of the year. The e-AMIS Wealth Management System from Profidata will be the principal platform for asset management at the Austrian Raiffeisen banking group.
The RSI applies the system in order to manage Raiffeisen portfolios in the trading area of Salzburg, whereas the RVV uses e-AMIS to administrate client mandates from Raiffeisen banks in the remaining federal states. The installation of this system has enabled the establishment of an entirely automated investment process. Within the space of a few minutes, up to 3 000 portfolios can be rebalanced against model portfolios and pre-trade compliance checks completed. The orders resulting from the Rebalancing are then relayed to the affiliated banks for execution and the respective execution messages received. In terms of work proceeding, e-AMIS deals with the particularly challenging task of incorporating portfolios from all banks in the Rebalancing which are subsequently separately integrated into global market orders. In addition, the detailed order books are simultaneously made available to all respective banks.
Furthermore, periodic- and MiFID- compliant client reporting will be generated with e-AMIS and the system will also maintain the Raiffeisen Wealth Management internet portal on a daily basis by supplying comprehensive asset and performance data.
Ms MMag. Ingrid Szeiler, member of the RVV executive board, expressed her satisfaction with the system choice and project to date: ‘In order to operate successfully in our core business sector, we rely on a modern and efficient wealth management system. With Profidata’s proficient support, we’ve succeeded in initiating the e-AMIS system within our established timeframe and budget restraints. Both RVV and Profidata employees have performed exceptionally’.
Mr Rudolf Kammel, managing director of RSI, expressed similar views: ‘The successful project closure confirms our decision to implement e-AMIS at the RSI. Together with Profidata, we’ve been able to considerably increase the automation degree of working processes and thereby optimise our cost structure. I would like to express my gratitude to all employees involved in the project for their efforts’.
Mr Christian Widmer, CEO and chairman of the Profidata board of directors, stressed that the committed and trust-based working collaboration with the client was vital for the success of such a complex project: ‘We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project and our cooperative business relationship with Raiffeisen Vermögensverwaltungsbank
