Creditron Expands Sales and Customer Support Teams

Toronto, ON - 14 March 2012

Creditron, a leading provider of remittance processing solutions, today announced the appointment of three regional account managers and a customer support and implementation specialist. Today’s announcement comes as the company continues to experience tremendous growth in the United States and Canada for its remittance processing solutions.

The new members of the Creditron team are:

  • Cheryl Williams, regional account manager, Western States
  • Matt Stover, regional account manager, Northeastern States
  • Robin Fleck, regional account manager, South Central States
  • Eddie Ssali, customer support and implementation

Williams has a 15-year track record of success in technology sales, and has earned numerous awards for her work. Previously, Williams was a senior sales executive for WAUSAU Financial Systems, where she sold all of the company’s solutions, including its enterprise content management platform. Before joining WAUSAU Financial Systems, Williams was a senior sales executive for major accounts at IBM, where she helped grow the company’s Western territory. Williams also has held senior sales positions at EMC/Documentum, Open Text Corporation, and Symplex Communications.

Stover has more than 20 years of sales, account management and operations experience in the payments industry. For the past 12 years, Stover was a relationship sales executive for WAUSAU Financial Systems, selling the company’s payments and enterprise content management solutions to new and existing customers in the banking, government and large corporate sectors in North America. During his tenure at WAUSAU Financial Systems, Stover earned numerous honors for his sales results. Before joining WAUSAU Financial Systems, Stover was a sales engineer for OPEX Corporation and a payment systems manager for Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase).

Fleck has spent nearly her entire career in sales and operations in the financial services industry. Most recently, Fleck was a national account manager for Open Solutions, where she was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for accounts across the United States. Previously, Fleck was vice president of Back Office Solutions for WAUSAU Financial Systems, responsible for the global ownership of the product line from its inception. During her tenure at WAUSAU Financial Systems, Fleck also was a regional sales manager for the Northeastern U.S., selling Check 21 solutions, among other things. Fleck also has served as operations officer for PA State Bank.

Ssali previously was part of the information technology team at Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, MD. In his role, Ssali provided technical support, helped troubleshoot technical problems, trained users on various hardware and software, and assisted with network administration.
