Information Mosaic, the global leader in advanced post-trade automation solutions, announced today that it has received the 2012 Financial Technologies Forum (FTF News) Award for Best Corporate Actions Automation Solution. The award is the latest for Information Mosaic in recognition of its complete end-to-end global corporate actions processing solution, IMActions™.
Information Mosaic won the award in the corporate actions category in last year’s FTF award voting. The results of the voting were released by FTF News today. The nominations were reviewed and finalized by an editorial board comprised of Eugene Grygo, Editor of FTF News, and the FTF News editorial team. “We are honored to once again receive such recognition by fellow industry professionals,” Doug Jeffrey, president, Information Mosaic Americas, said. “To win this particular award two years in a row is very encouraging as it tells us that we continue to correctly identify and address the most pressing industry issues and current initiatives. The award reflects Information Mosaic’s commitment to offer the best post-trade automation solutions to the market.”
Maureen Lowe, Founder, President and Editor-in-Chief of FTF, commented, “We would like to congratulate Information Mosaic on their win. In our second year of conducting this awards process, we have found that the functional criteria have become much more demanding. A lot of careful thought and hard effort go into the nomination and voting process. FTF always strives to address the central and most topical concerns of the financial industry and this is reflected in our events as well as in our publication and awards.”
This is the most recent in a long list of awards for Information Mosaic and its IMActions solution, which provides complete automation for global corporate actions processing, from announcement capture and data scrubbing to final distribution and payments. IMActions is used by some of the world’s largest financial institutions. -Ends-
