Kevin Cullen of Information Mosaic, the global leader in advanced post-trade automation solutions, has been elected to the Board of the International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC), the industry trade group focused on standards in transaction processing and related communications.
Comprised of leading executives from hundreds of institutions worldwide, ISITC brings together representatives from major broker/dealers, custodians, investment managers, vendors, utilities, and other industry professionals to develop standards that enhance efficiencies in trade processing and related communications. Through collaboration, ISITC’s members reduce inefficiencies, lower risk and build shareholder value while developing and promoting the global securities industry.
Based in Information Mosaic’s New York offices, Mr. Cullen is the Communications and Marketing Director and has served as Co-Chair of ISITC’s Marketing Committee for the past 3 years. “It is quite an honor,” Mr. Cullen stated, “to be elected to serve on a board comprised of such a distinguished group of executives from some of the largest and most successful firms in the global financial industry. Information Mosaic has always encouraged industry collaboration, especially in the area of market best practices, and is an active participant in ISITC as standards are a key component of Information Mosaic’s solution design. In my new capacity, I plan to continue to assist ISITC in its stated mission to drive the industry forward.”
“ISITC is pleased to welcome Kevin to its Board,” ISITC’s Chair, Jan Snitzer, said. “We have seen the value Kevin has brought to ISITC’s Marketing Committee and look forward to his further contributions in promoting ISITC’s mission. Collaboration among industry firms has never been more important and involvement by Kevin and others allows ISITC to continue to do the work we’ve done over the last 20 years as a long-standing leader in the development of standards.”
