Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, announced today that SAC Federal Credit Union, a $570 million institution headquartered in Bellevue, Neb., has chosen to implement the Acumen(R) account processing solution. SAC FCU will also implement additional Fiserv solutions, including Nautilus(R) for document imaging, Prologue(TM) Financial Accounting Services, AML Manager for anti-money laundering detection and reporting, WireXchange(R) and solutions for ATM processing from Fiserv.
SAC FCU is the largest credit union in Nebraska. Over the past several years, the credit union has grown rapidly and is now serving more than 70,000 members through a variety of channels, including 20 locations in eight counties. The credit union selected Acumen to provide the technology foundation for the credit union's information infrastructure in order to improve efficiency, facilitate the delivery of new services and provide a superior experience to its members.

Automated workflows, built-in eCRM functionality and web services through Acumen give SAC FCU associates access to a complete 360-degree view of the credit union's members. Acumen's eJournal functionality also generates workflows to direct this information to appropriate staff throughout the organization, while the integration of Nautilus will provide an advanced imaging solution that combines workflow and email. With this information readily available, staff can offer members services tailored to their individual needs. In addition, manual and duplicate entry of information and the passing of paper is no longer necessary, freeing staff to service members.
