Infor has acquired Easy RMS, a leading provider of revenue management software based in London. With more than 1,200 customers in 61 countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, Easy RMS is a strong complement to Infor’s existing hospitality operations around the world.
The acquisition of Easy RMS further solidifies Infor as the leading provider of a comprehensive application suite for the hospitality industry by adding robust revenue management capabilities to functionality for front office, reservations, housekeeping, engineering, event management, sales and marketing, HR and talent management, and more, available both in the cloud and on-premises.
