It is very gratifying to know our clients have such confidence in us and recognize the value delivered through our products, our people, and our commitment to their success. We are well underway in the implementation of these two solutions and look forward to continuing our close work with the Plymouth Rock team as they rollout the complete Stream Suite.”
With Claims Stream, P&C insurers have a web-based claims administration system for all personal and commercial lines. Claims are customer contact points that frequently influence retention rates, so it’s critical that claims settlement is fast, whether the claim is large or small. Automation can help achieve that speed. The elegant look and navigation across the entire Stream solution set enables intuitive claims administration.
Customer Stream provides P&C insurers with a web-based customer and vendor relationship management solution for all personal and commercial lines of business. Customer Stream offers a single view of actionable information and carrier relationships that integrates easily with third party services and systems. No data is more important than actionable information regarding the visibility into business relationships, so it’s essential that carriers manage customer and vendor information well.
