Perfect Information Announces Two Key New Appointments in its Support Services and Sales Teams

Perfect Information (PI), a provider of accurate and valuable documentation, information, analysis and insight on the global quoted company population, today announced that it has appointed Maggie Gatza as Strategic Account Manager and has promoted Simona Foglia to the position of Support Services Director. The Director's post has been created to support PI in its next stage of growth and development and Simona's promotion highlights the company's customer relationship management and support value proposition; a key part of PI's ongoing strategy. Maggie will be responsible for building relationships in the significant territory of PI's financial services accounts.

Simona Foglia joined Perfect Information in March 2004 and prior to her promotion held the position of Product Manager. She graduated from Milan's Bocconi University and went on to study at the University of Economics in Vienna. She worked for a year as a Fixed Income Data Research Analyst for the Italian/German/Austrian desks of Capital Access before joining Datastream in the November of 2000. There she worked as a Commercial Support Consultant for nearly five years dealing with product queries and liaising with world-wide offices to grow account relationships.

Maggie brings with her over a decade's industry sales experience, having spent three years at LexisNexis as a Key Account Manager. Amongst her achievements there, she managed and leveraged the largest account in the LexisNexis UK operation with Central Government, making up the largest territory in the UK. Her role over these three years involved networking across complex accounts and their associated partners and creating multiple and varied bespoke solutions. Prior to LexisNexis, Maggie held the position of Senior Account Executive at ProQuest/National Archive Pub Co., where she ran a four-state territory with annual targets of $2 million, selling into unpenetrated markets and regions. During her tenure at ProQuest, Maggie held several positions across sales and customer support before her ultimate position working with the graduate business school market to grow the business with a new product set and client base.
