Universal North America Chooses iPartners’ Business Intelligence Solution

Delivering the solution through Software as a Service (SaaS) model, iPartners is able to meet Universal’s aggressive early Q2 production timeframe.

In addition to the P&C expertise and business content built into the iPartners Insurance Scorecard, Universal was looking for a solution that could be tailored to their specific reporting needs without compromising the project timeline. Bringing claims processing in-house, Universal needed a way provide an effective method to track claims activity and report on key results, leading them to select iPartners. Once the claims project is successfully completed, Universal plans to further leverage the capabilities of Insurance Scorecard to improve analysis and reporting capabilities throughout the enterprise.
