TwoFour Expands Footprint with Boston Office

London and New York - 13 October 2011

TwoFour, a specialist provider of global real-time financial software solutions and a trusted consultancy in capital markets today announced the opening of its newest office in Boston, Massachusetts. The new office is located at 470 Atlantic Avenue in the heart of Boston’s financial district.

The addition of a Boston office is a strategic decision based on TwoFour’s commitment to the continued growth of its business and an important step in helping meet increasing demand for its market leading solutions and consulting expertise. In addition to better serving Boston-based clients, the new office will also help support TwoFour’s rapidly growing employee roster. Over the past year, TwoFour has been actively expanding its headcount with multiple hires across development, sales, client services, and consulting to increase support for clients globally.

John Flowers will serve as Managing Director of TwoFour’s Boston office. Before relocating to open the Boston office, Mr. Flowers served as the Managing Director of TwoFour’s London office from 2007-2011, a position which has recently been taken up by David Clark.

“The Boston office reaffirms our commitment to our clients and is a base for our growing breadth of software solutions and consulting services,” said Steven Davis, CEO of TwoFour. “We are pleased to increase our local presence backed by a larger network of offices, professionals and capabilities. We look forward to optimizing client support and developing more business opportunities in the region.”

Underpinning this commitment are TwoFour’s highly scalable and flexible workflow-based transaction processing software solutions and its consulting expertise – both focused on helping clients in the financial services sector reduce costs and improve process flows in and around the capital markets.
