Lake Michigan turned to Morphis to help them manage their fleet of 96 ATMs.
âThe ATM management software that we were using generated a lot of paperwork and reports for us, but it didnât do everything we really needed it to do,â said Hadaas Brower, assistant ATM servicing supervisor. We needed a solution, like Morphis, that does as much as we do.
A new case study that details how Lake Michigan Credit Union has been able to automate and more easily manage their ATMs, grow their fleet without having to hire additional staff and dramatically reduce the opportunity for human mistakes was released today. The free case study can be downloaded from Morphis Website.
Morphis, a Texas-based company with offices in Houston, Dallas and Dhaka, Bangladesh is the world leader in ATM, banking and armored carrier software. Morphis products are used world-wide by central banks, commercial banks, armored carriers, independent ATM deployers and transaction processors.
Lake Michigan uses Morphis to forecast their cash needs, to manage projects and field service technicians, and to generate invoices to another local credit union whose machines Lake Michigan manages. In addition, Lake Michigan has automated their cash balancing and cash reconciling processes using Morphis.
âDuring the past year weâve added 17 new ATMs to our fleet. Because Morphis has made things easier and weâre more efficient, weâve been able to add new terminals without having to add additional staff,â says Brower.
âAs our ATM program has grown Morphis has evolved with us,â said Brower. âIt seems that every time I need to improve a process or automate a new task, I make a phone call and learn that Morphis can do that too.â
