INFOCERT have today announced that two software providers have been certified as â343 Readyâ :
⢠ReportâAMfine from AMfine Services & Software
⢠B-ONE from BI-SAM
As a matter of financial communication, asset management companies produce regular reporting at variable frequencies which require specific data sources control, clear and qualitative treatment and production methods, as well as information coherence. These requirements are necessary to satisfy growing investorsâ transparency and quality needs.
Within this context, INFOCERT, a technical organisation mandated by the AFNOR Certification within the information technology domain, has created the NF 343 certification rules which authenticate quality and coherence of asset managersâ reporting.
Some asset management companies use software to produce their client reports. This software can help asset managers to obtain the NF 343 certification and answer all its functional requirements both in terms of the reporting production process and reporting distribution.
The â343 Ready by Infocertâ label is granted based on an audit of the software conducted by INFOCERT from a public referral.
âWe support the Infocert initiative since the creation of the NF 343 trademark and have been working with the software providers to be able to help asset managers enhance their reporting capacity and qualityâ, commented Michael Priem, CEO of AMfine.
Frédéric Lalande, Deputy Managing Director at BI-SAM, adds that âthe NF 343 certification has been started its implementation in France and will now be spreading to other European countries. We are very proud to be the first software certified with AMfine and are convinced that this initiative will increase the transparency towards investors.â
âGiven the requirements of the NF 343 certification, it was obvious for us to integrate software providers to this project as they can guarantee very deep quality and coherence controls. AMfine and BI-SAM are today leaders in their markets and their solutions very adequate to pass the certificationâ concluded Jean-Louis Michel, Managing Director of INFOCERT.
