Evolution Securities expands usage of Singletrack Systems’ tools across sales, research and corporate groups

Extends initial usage of ‘Call lists’, ‘Research Library’ and ‘Research Portal’ tools to include ‘Research Distribution’ and ‘Roadshow’ modules for 115 users.

Singletrack Systems, provider of smarter tools for capital markets relationships, today announced that Evolution Securities, a leading investment bank specialising in the UK and European equity and debt markets, has signed an agreement to proceed with a second phase of the rollout of Singletrack Systems’ Capital Markets Suite, adding ‘Roadshow’ and ‘Research Distribution’ modules and increasing its user base from 85 to 115 users to include Corporate Broking and Corporate Finance.

The Singletrack Capital Markets Suite’s tools are designed to help sell-side and independent research firms increase sales, improve efficiency and profitability. Built on the powerful SalesforceTM platform and designed by capital markets specialists, Singletrack Systems’ range of products are more than just a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. The tools are designed to enable efficient and effective collaboration between research analysts and their sales desks to assist them in offering a bespoke service for their buy-side clients.

In July 2010, Evolution Securities signed up to 85 ‘seats’ to use ‘Call Lists’, the call list management tool, ‘Research library’ which enables salespeople and research analysts to rapidly locate and forward research, and ‘Research Portal’ which enables investors to rapidly and securely locate the research they need. Effective today, Evolution has agreed to implement the ‘Roadshow’ tool which simplifies the process of organising research and corporate roadshows, enabling central itinerary management, sales team collaboration and bookbuilding and the ‘Research Distribution’ tool enabling Evolution to streamline the management of client research subscriptions and helping to ensure that clients always receive the most relevant research as soon as it is published. As part of this expansion, Evolution has also increased its number of seats from 85 to 115.
