US Legal Support Incorporated Selects SunGard’s AvantGard to Help Automate Its Order-to-Cash Cycle

US Legal Support Incorporated, a provider of full-service court reporting, record retrieval, legal staffing, litigation, trial and document review services, has selected SunGard’s AvantGard Receivables to help automate its order-to-cash cycle for improved operational efficiencies and cash flow.

US Legal Support Incorporated will consolidate its credit and collections data into the AvantGard Receivables solution for a single view into its accounts receivable portfolio. The solution will help drive collections and deduction management strategies for improved efficiencies and a reduction in days sales outstanding (DSO) and dispute cycle time and volume. Additionally, the reporting capabilities will offer the ability to access and share information to help accurately forecast cash, track performance and perform root-cause analysis.

Additionally, we didn’t have the resources or infrastructure to maintain a new system.
