Daniel Scott Joins FINCAD as Vice President, Marketing and Product Management

Vancouver, Canada - 19 April 2011

FINCAD, the industry standard for financial analytics, is pleased to announce it has hired Daniel Scott as VP, Marketing and Product Management and member of the Executive. He brings to FINCAD more than 17 years’ experience in the financial services and software industries in the UK.

Scott joins FINCAD after spending several years with Misys Plc. in London as Marketing Director, where he was globally responsible for the company’s portfolio of Banking and Treasury & Capital Markets solutions. Before joining Misys, he worked at a senior level for a number of prominent software houses in both a Marketing and Product Management capacity. Prior to his software experience, he spent 7 years in the City of London, working for leading Investment Banks such as Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Dresdner Kleinwort.
