SunGard Earns Top Marks in Novarica’s ACE Gold Ranking Report

Atlanta, GA, USA - 12 April 2011

SunGard has received a score of 93 out of 100 in "overall customer satisfaction" for its iWorks EAS accounting and reporting solution, in the Q1 2011 Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Gold Ranking Report. Novarica, an insurance technology research, consulting and advisory firm, produces its Average Customer Experience (ACE) Gold Rankings through an online survey of senior technology and operational executives at ten insurer clients who have direct experience with the vendor product and organization.

The Novarica ACE Gold Ranking survey groups the insurer’s statements into four SOFT areas (staff, organization, functionality, and technology) as well as an additional area for overall customer satisfaction, which is double-weighted in the average. In addition to earning a score of 93 out of a possible 100 for "overall customer satisfaction," SunGard received scores of 96 for "overall staff," 90 for “overall organization,” 91 for “overall functionality” and 90 for “overall technology.”

The rankings are produced independently and are not sponsored by vendors. They are intended to provide a transparent, unedited picture of how well a solution or provider meets its users’ needs.
