Justin Cooper Leaves CHP Consulting

London - 3 November 2010

Justin Cooper, a founding director of CHP Consulting, has decided to leave the company to pursue personal interests outside the equipment finance industry including working with non-profits . Cooper has been with the company since its inception twenty years ago and will remain a stockholder in the company.

Over the next twelve months Cooper will work with the CHP board to hand over his responsibilities which include CHP Consulting's North American subsidiary. He will also continue to represent CHP at industry events and complete the final year of his term as a director of ELFA during this time.

The CHP Consulting board would like to thank Justin for his contribution to the growth and achievements of the company since its formation.

Cooper said, "It has been a remarkable experience to watch CHP grow over the last twenty years from its small beginnings to being the premier provider of services and software to the global asset finance industry, and it is a privilege to be able to leave it in such capable hands - at all levels of the company, and in every territory. I am confident that CHP's commitment to excellence, customer service and industry leadership will continue for the next twenty years and beyond and I look forward to seeing the company grow and flourish further. While I hope to see many friends at industry events over the next year or so, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who I have had the good fortune to work alongside in this great industry of ours, for all their help, advice and friendship over the years."
