Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Goes Live on SunGard’s iWorks BPM for Claims Processing

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has implemented SunGard’s iWorks BPM solution to help the company gain greater transparency and efficiency throughout its claims management process. SunGard’s iWorks BPM is a business process and electronic content management solution that helps insurance companies streamline, standardize and centralize information, and manage high-volume workflows for claims, enrollments and other business processes. Using iWorks BPM, Arkansas Blue Cross has achieved a common claims desktop tool integrated with multiple systems that helps it monitor business activity and performance and provide added flexibility for employees.

iWorks BPM helps Arkansas Blue Cross automate work distribution to increase efficiency and productivity, provide real-time monitoring of workload and performance and provide more employee flexibility through telecommuting.
