MoneyMate Svp Niamh Bushnell Recognized As One of Fifty Most Influential Irish-American Women of 2010

New York and Dublin - 12 July 2010

MoneyMate, a leading provider of investment data quality management solutions, is delighted to announce that Niamh Bushnell, North America Senior Vice President, has been recognized by the Irish Voice, an Irish-American newspaper, as one of the 50 Most Influential Irish-American Women in 2010.

The Irish Voice created The 50 Most Influential Women award in 2008 to recognize Irish-American women who excel in the areas of business, mentoring and community involvement. For over 12 years, Niamh has helped innovative Irish companies to enter and develop their businesses in the US market. Joining MoneyMate in 2008 as SVP of North America, Niamh manages US client relationships and spearheads the firm’s strategy for market growth in the US and Canada.

Niamh noted, “It’s wonderful to be included on this list of successful women who are all making a difference in their chosen field. I feel honored to be recognized by the Irish Voice.”

Prior to joining MoneyMate, Niamh worked closely with a number of other young and innovative Irish companies selling into the US financial services sector, including Orbiscom, which was recently acquired by MasterCard International. Niamh has also published an impressive body of research on behalf of Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government’s trade and technology board, and mentored key technology clients specializing in areas as diverse as Payments, Information Security and eBusiness.

Paul Fawsitt, CEO of MoneyMate, commented, “We’re pleased that the Irish Voice has recognized the incredible individual we have in Niamh. She deserves recognition for her significant achievements in helping Irish companies expand in North America and for the extraordinary contribution she has made to our firm.”

An awards ceremony attended by the Prime Minister of Ireland, Brian Cowen, will take place at the Irish Consulate in New York on July 12th, and a special issue of the Irish Voice will be published chronicling the success of the 2010 honorees.
