An example of the Fiserv core competency in payments, eiManager is an event-driven problem management system designed to receive, analyze, respond to and manage critical self-service device information. Using eiManager, Cardtronics looks to increase device availability, reduce costs and control spend management as they gain enterprise-wide reporting capabilities.
"Improving service levels across our self-service device fleet is critically important to Cardtronics," said Susan Cerpanya, senior vice president, Customer Support and Service at Cardtronics. "We are confident that eiManager from Fiserv will help us improve the availability of our machines, and provide a higher level of service for our customers by ensuring they always have access to the cash they need, when and where they need it."
eIManager includes automated problem detection, tracking, dispatching and service provider management, escalation and resolution functionality, and report generation and distribution. It is highly scalable and can support an unlimited number of faults.
"These days when consumer demand for self-service devices such as ATMs is almost constant, it's a challenge for an organization to effectively manage their self-service network for maximum availability and profitability," said Dennis Boyle, product manager of Cash and Logistics, Fiserv. "Using eiManager from Fiserv will allow Cardtronics to effectively manage the service function of their ATM network, from automated fault detection and service provider dispatch to tracking and escalation."
