In her new role, Ms. Hogan is responsible for ensuring the firmâs people-related strategies are aligned with Omgeoâs core business objectives. She will direct HRSP operations including staffing, employee relations, policy development, compensation, benefits, organizational development and communication. Ms. Hogan will manage organizational growth while focusing on change management, leadership development, talent management and organizational design. She will also analyze company-wide business trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and associate engagement.

Prior to joining Omgeo, Ms. Hogan was managing director global head, human resources in the investment banking department at Credit Suisse in New York. This role followed two years heading HR for their operations department based in London. Originally from Australia, Ms. Hogan held leadership positions in the UK with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers International Limited and Bankers Trust Company before joining Credit Suisse.
