Thomson Reuters Strengthens Commitment to Multimedia with new Mobile Application

New York, NY - 6 July 2009

Thomson Reuters today unveiled a mobile application specifically aimed at meeting the needs of the investment banking community. Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Banking is an on-the-go financial application for investment bankers and analysts made available on the BlackBerry® Smartphone. This announcement represents another investment by Thomson Reuters in the multimedia space and follows the recent launch of the Thomson Reuters New Pro mobile applications for the BlackBerry and iPhone.

Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Banking delivers real-time information, via BlackBerry, for bankers and analysts whilst on the move, in a market environment where the pressure to make timely investment decisions is critical to success. Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Banking provides global deal news with an ability to search through headlines covering M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Capital Markets on global, regional and industry levels. It allows users to monitor real-time information such as market positions and watchlists, as well as view the latest quotes, price changes, breaking news, charts, fundamental data and public and private company profiles.

“As the investment banking landscape continues to shift rapidly, Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Banking is geared to helping the investment banker and analyst stay on top of the market,” said Neil Masterson, Global Managing Director of Investment Banking at Thomson Reuters. “We’re committed to continuing to invest in mobile technology in order to place essential data in the hands of investment professionals where and when it matters most.”

Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Banking forms part of a suite of solutions aimed at serving the needs of the investment and advisory community. It follows the launch of Thomson ONE Mobile for Investment Management and will be followed by a mobile application for Corporate Services in late 2009, which is further proof of our commitment to delivering must have content to decision makers across the financial and corporate markets.
