Version One Reaches Final of Business Software Satisfaction Awards for Third Year Running

7 August 2009

Poynton-based Version One is a finalist in the Paperless Office Software category of the Business Software Satisfaction Awards 2009. Version One’s suite of document management and imaging products is one of four finalists in this category with the winner being announced at an awards ceremony on 8 October 2009 at The Royal Courts of Justice, London. Version One has reached the final for the third year running, winning the accolade in 2007.

The Business Software Satisfaction Awards reward high standards from UK business software providers. The finalists were selected based upon the votes of over 8,100 end users, making the survey one of the largest individual pieces of business software research in the UK.

Julian Buck, Version One’s General Manager, says, “Reaching the final of these respected awards for the third consecutive year is a great accomplishment and we are delighted that end-users continue to endorse the quality of our software and services. The Version One team shares a commitment to excellent customer service and always strives to exceed customer expectations making this achievement all the more rewarding.”

Version One’s portfolio of document management and imaging solutions enable the electronic creation, storage, retrieval, management, delivery and authorisation of business documents. By using Version One’s systems integrated into their accounting/ERP systems, businesses significantly reduce their paper consumption, cutting costs and improving process efficiencies whilst freeing-up storage space.

Buck adds, “Despite being faced with a backdrop of economic instability, Version One has enjoyed year-on-year growth and profitability. We look forward to continued success through a combination of product innovation, a strong customer service focus and by providing our software users with a demonstrable and swift return-on-investment.”
