RP Solutions Appoints Industry Executive Jim Mills to Lead Business Development

Ithaca, NY - 3 August 2009

RP Solutions, Inc., an inspired software developer and solutions provider for electronic and image based payment processing, today announced that industry veteran Jim Mills has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development.

In this newly created position, Jim will be responsible for leading sales efforts as well as for developing, implementing and managing strategies and programs to drive corporate growth. He has over 20 years of senior executive experience in the financial industry having served as COO at Northwest Financial Corporation, thirteen years as President and Director of the Board of Data Management Products, Inc. (DMP Payment Systems), four years as President of First Integrated Systems (FIS) and eight years at NCR Corporation in various roles including District Sales Manager.
