In this newly created position, Jim will be responsible for leading sales efforts as well as for developing, implementing and managing strategies and programs to drive corporate growth. He has over 20 years of senior executive experience in the financial industry having served as COO at Northwest Financial Corporation, thirteen years as President and Director of the Board of Data Management Products, Inc. (DMP Payment Systems), four years as President of First Integrated Systems (FIS) and eight years at NCR Corporation in various roles including District Sales Manager.
"Jim comes to RP Solutions with very strong visionary leadership skills and a thorough understanding of our market," said David Johnson, President, RP Solutions. "Not only does he have a strong technical background with image based remittance processing solutions, but he also has extensive skills in strategic business planning, sales management, contract negotiations and product marketing. He'll be a tremendous asset to our team. We have some pretty aggressive growth plans and, in fact, just recently expanded our sales force by adding two industry veterans. With Jim's focus and attention on business development, I expect his efforts to have a significant impact on our market penetration."
"I'm excited about this opportunity," said Jim Mills. "RP Solutions is an exciting company that is well known in the payments industry as a trusted solutions provider. Theyâre known for their service and core values. This translates into a positive atmosphere where employees enjoy their jobs and care about customers. I see an opportunity in the market where many competitors are going through mergers that can be disruptive for employees and customers. In todayâs market customers want service and stability. RP Solutions also has a compelling line of mature products and new products in development; they are well positioned to take advantage of several market opportunities. I am joining the company at an excellent time and feel privileged to play a pivotal role in its future."
