•Wireless Help Desk: Asentinel experts will be on hand to answer any questions and handle any issues with organizations’ wireless assets. As part of its Wireless Help Desk, Asentinel can act as an administrator for organizations’ BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), helping to add, remove and manage users.
