New Access SA concludes a major contract for Asia and Middle-East

New Access SA, a leading provider of banking software, announced today that Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. has selected Branch®, New Access’ advanced banking relationship management system as their new front office system in Asia and the Middle East.

Following a rigorous competitive bid, New Access SA was chosen by Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd to equip their Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai offices with Branch®, a best-in-class integrated banking platform for client acquisition and relationship management. Julius Baer decided on the new front office system after a rigid selection process.

Branch® will initially serve a large number of users to automate and manage their daily activities with private banking clients. The system achieves significant increases in productivity and will allow maintaining high client satisfaction.

An Asian presence through New Access Asia Pte, highly qualified support, training and implementation teams, proven knowledge of banking business lines and activities, as well as a state-of-the-art technology base were the main strengths of New Access. New Access’ powerful proprietary framework based on Microsoft’s .NET technology was also a key element in the decision making process.
