The formal announcement was made at Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) KM India Summit, 2008 where Wipro was recognized under the following categories -- âcreating a corporate knowledge-driven cultureâ, âdeveloping knowledge workers through senior management leadershipâ, âdelivering knowledge-based products/solutionsâ, âmaximizing enterprise intellectual capitalâ, âcreating an environment for collaborative knowledge sharingâ, âcreating a learning organizationâ and âdelivering value based on customer knowledgeâ. It was ranked third in âTransforming enterprise knowledge into shareholder valueâ.
