Optial continues to improve Chartis Ranking

18 November 2008

Optial, provider of global operational risk management solutions, announced today that it had improved its ranking for the second year running in the Chartis RiskTech 100 report. The annual report surveys the top 100 risk technology providers by ranking each vendor using categories of core technology, functionality, organisational strength, innovation, customer satisfaction and market presence.

Chris O’Brien, CEO of Optial, said “We were first listed in 2007 and were the fastest moving entrant that year. We are delighted that our success has continued in 2008. This year we were ranked 19th for customer satisfaction, a move up from 27th last year. The customer satisfaction ranking is based on value-for-money, after-sales support and product updates.

This is evidence that our flexible Operational Risk Solutions are continuing to meet our customer needs and future expectations, while our team provides a high quality implementation and support service.”
